We’re soon bringing this series on existential threats we face to a close. It certainly conceivable - likely, even - that we have not covered every single existential threat we face, but we’ve done justice to the bulk of them as we see it.
As ever, the purpose of this series is not to demoralize you, dear subscriber, but to provide a comprehensive accounting of the manner by which we must walk and chew gum at the same time from here on out. We don’t have the option of allowing even one of these items to languish, else we court catastrophe.
It is out desire that you share these far and wide - on social media, in responses, with friends, family and your representatives - so this knowledge becomes socially actionable. The more people who know the more likely we can do something about it before it’s too late.

Between the serial attacked lodged against the United States by China - in Covid-19 (and suspected serial releases of modified versions), in agricultural agents designed to destroy the harvest of our heartland, to the burgeoning field of ethnic-specific biowarfare - to the increased availability of gene editing to non-state actors, biowarfare of sci-fi horror is here. We need to put a lid on it by becoming serious people, in the vein of the doctrine of mutually assured destruction, to bring our defenses into the 21st century.

Republicanism, the Cure.
You’ve probably been conditioned to either love or hate “liberalism.” Has anyone ever bothered to tell you why? Has anyone every told you the truth about what it really is? Once more thanks is due our paid subscribers who make this all possible.
We open this week with the reality of the ongoing threat of the Soviet Union through it’s many fronts and active measures that took on a life of their own, and outlived the official existence of their Communist Empire. This reality is reflected in the NGO scandal exposed by DOGE and others. It also surfaces as rhetoric and beliefs that have permeated all major political parties and movements, from Conservatism to Libertarianism.

Now that we’re getting a bit deeper into this project let me once more remind you, dear readers, that the objective of dumping the whole mass of existential threats onto the public is not, in fact, demoralization, but a reality check. Far too many are gliding on through thinking the fact that they checked the box for Trump and Vance nearly a year ago bought them a four year vacation.
The intent here is to demonstrate that we must walk and chew gum, and to highlight that failure is not an option....
In what ideas and beliefs is the spirit of the Fourth of July, Independence Day, ordered liberty, and the rights of men rooted?
With due respect for those championing that root as "Scottish Common Sense Realism," or SCSR for short, as we consider many as friends, this SCRM most certainly was not the root of that good tree. Rather, SCSR was one of the first vines that arose to strangle the tree of liberty.
